A high paced lawyer and an FBI agent young couple purchased this luxury condo within walking distance to their offices. The Emerald is a state-of-the-art high-rise condominium building, and these professionals were intent on making their interior design just as outstanding as the building itself. With a busy lifestyle and entertaining in mind, we carefully selected accent walls and paint colors, to give each space a life of its own. Space planning is crucial, and we selected living room, bedroom and office furnishings proportionate to each nook in this modern high-rise residence, with some whimsy and ultra-contemporary style.

We chose a curved sofa for the living room to give the space an open, organic feeling, and a lovely, Italian Ecletto King size bed was built into the bedroom. With luxurious quilts and sheets made in Portugal and a romantic, sultry pink and gray color scheme, these items fit perfectly within this nest. In the end a few worthy art purchases were made using our guildance, including a painting for the living room by Kenneth Callahan, a Pacific Northwest master painter.
