“Contemporary Elegant Interior Design with Custom Media Cabinet and Library Built-In”

“Paula is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process.”

“Belltown Design did a great job as our interior designer, and our "new" condo looks great. Paula is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process. The project included new flooring, paint and furnishings and Paula had a great selection of vendors to help us make the best selections. Her style and color recommendations were perfect. And I can't review Belltown's performance without mentioning how patient she was while we sometimes waffled over the array of choices that were presented to us. I can't recommend Belltown Design strongly enough.”

The high-rise community of One Pacific Towers consists of two residential towers near Pike Place Market in Seattle, built in the 1990s. Condominiums of this vintage are some of the most current remodels in Seattle, to keep up with the new, cutting edge, and contemporary buildings. This 1,200 square foot condo on the tenth floor needed an update from the old and tired original construction. From the installation of white ash engineered hardwood flooring, to a new overall paint color scheme, 100% wool carpeting in the bedrooms, this condominium was transformed into a new contemporary Seattle classic.

We replaced the old 90’s, clunky library built-in with something special and eye catching using the fabulous German cabinetry line called Leicht, to design something inspiring. This handsome and functional living room built-in is meant for both library and entertainment. Selecting soft and subtle pieces of furniture, there were Contemporary pieces, some with a hint of MCM. And what a treat it is to design with “real art” – an original Picasso, a Jacob Lawrence, and two MC Escher prints! When the room is quiet in color and mood, it allows the artwork to speak, and it gives us great satisfaction as designers to maneuver this!
