Our client, a transplant from South Carolina, landed a new position at Amazon, and is relocating his family of four to our lively city, to this rental apartment space. The living room and dining room layout provides ample space for a variety of activities; room for a home office, Netflix and the news, a sectional for conversation, cooking at the counter and dining at the table. As we say, small is the new large, and our contemporary statement consists of fresh blues, neutrals and tons of natural light to give the feeling of air in the room.
