The Dining Room

This living room was designed to suit a solo guy who loves having guests, entertaining with delicious food and music, and watching a good movie at home. Our design process began with color and style criteria, and each element was selected to put this puzzle together. Each element in this design was selected as a building block for an established color scheme, a contemporary flair, and personal livability for this client.

The Living Room

The dining room chandelier was in place when this client rented the condo. Now that his purchase has been made, Belltown Design’s Phase 2 includes selecting a chandelier that suits this client well. The Icaro extention table has a wing style base, contributing to a light and airy concept up against the view windows. the table mechanism is smooth and easy, extending to 8 feet for a handsome dinner party!

The Kitchen Bar

We combined dark and light wood elements in the furniture, with wood effect vinyl flooring, allowing for the warmth of material, to be juxtiposed with ceramic, stone, glass and metal – trademarks of Contemporary Design. The counter stools are Bess by Camerich, upholstered with durable Navy Blue Crypton fabric and natural wood legs. What an exciting combination with a white, slab quartz countertop and dark wood cabinetry!

Dining Room Bar Cart

We searched for a long time to find the right bar cart in size, color, and function. This Chagreen leather finish and brass, sunburst pattern, provide just the right amount of glam to give this space a lofty feel. The Bedroom

With this client’s love of Japan, we selected two black and white large format photos to command the Master Bedroom. The bed is upholstered in brown glove leather, with round Harmon nightstands made of wood, marble and leather. Our masculine statement speaks in both color and materials, yet we’ve combined it with deep, rich, velvety blue bedding for coziness and warmth.

Home Theater

We purchased this media console from BDI, fitting perfectly in this alcove with the wall mounted TV. This home theater, along with lighting and soon to be window treatments, is a “smart” home, and take verbal commands for convenience sake. The navy blues and metallic golds make a rich and strong statement, a saturated combination for this room with a spectacular view!
